Dance camp!

This year we didn't take dance all summer long (which was a nice break!), instead Allie and Ava went to dance camp!! Allie was excited to get back to dance and Ava thought she was such a big girl getting to go to dance with her sister! I was so proud and kinda sad at the same time....my baby girl is growing up!!!

Allie Kate was super clingy at her first dance class and wasn't super into it...Ava walked straight in and never looked back she said "Ava dance like big gul...get a thucker." She LOVED dance class! She watched the teachers and did really goo with all her little dances :)

I don't wanna go to bed so early!

Tick tock tick tock

Allie thinks she is some hot stuff now at dance and she was trying to teach Ava her dance when we got home. 

I love my little dancing girls...it really does make me so happy to see them in there dancing, smiling and having a great time :)

on the last night family got to sit in and watch and it was so sweet to see how excited Allie Kate was to go watch her sister! She was proud of her you could tell :)

And the best surprise of all was Mrs. Beverly showed up to watch them dance too!!! We have missed this precious lady! Oh we were so happy to see her! She is just such a special person! 

And still even a few weeks later Ava Grace knows her dance and randomly skips across the floor and spins around, curtsy, and blows a kiss and skips back off :) 

Wedding

Cassie got married in Tuscaloosa a few weeks ago :) 

This sweet boy is seriously the BEST baby ever! It was about 100 degrees and he was still happy as could be (and he missed his nap!)

It was such a relaxed wedding and reception and afterwards the kids had a blast running around playing...and the location was GORGEOUS!

This girl gives the best love and she is ALL about her mommy (and has been for a while) and I never want to forget what it feels like to have those sweet tiny arms wrapped around my neck!

Allie's 4k Graduation and "End of the year" party :)

How can it be? How can my baby be growing up before my very eyes :-(

Allie Kate was super excited about her Graduation and her class had been practicing for weeks leading up to it so she was ready for it :) 

She sang every word and danced great :) Her teacher even commented she had been cracking up at her in rehearsals because she got with it :) 

I will admit, I kind of didn't think it was a big deal...I mean it's just 4k, right? We aren't talking high school! Well...I may or may not have cried when all the sappy music came on and I looked and saw my sweet girl standing in her cap and gown grinning ear to ear so very proud of herself! I find myself staring at her and just so unbelievably proud she is mine...like my heart hurts I am so proud of her and love her so much! I forget that an hour before she was making mean faces at me and over reacting as I was brushing her hair, I forget that crazy voice she talks in when she has a super crazy attitude...in that moment she is just my beautiful daughter that is perfect :)

They had fun running wild...it was hard to determine which kid was yours because there were 3 classes all wearing the same shirt! They had so much fun! I can't believe I am about to have a kindergartner!!!!
