For sale

We have had a WILD and crazy past month or so around the Vaughn house! We put our house up for sale, sold it, bought a new one, and moved all within a months time!! Not to mention we had 4k graduation, dance recital, and lots of other things to do keeping us running! So I have been slacking something awful on the blog :-(  so here's a little catch up on our house situation....

   We decided to sell our house (Heath came home from work one day and was ready to list our house for sale the next day). At first we wanted to try and sell "for sale by owner" but quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing so we went with an agent instead...and boy am I glad we did!!!

   Our house showed for 2 days (one day actually on the market) and it was 2 tough days keeping it spotless with three little ones and getting everyone out in a moments notice! We met with the realtors on a Monday night and by Wednesday we had multiple offers on our house...we had 2 contracts on our house (for over asking price and we paid no closing costs). It was clearly a God thing and I was blown away to watch it all unfold (I'm telling you I prayed for his will and He definitely delivered). We also had found our new house the Sunday before we listed our home and loved it but thought it would probably sell before our house sold and we would be able to buy. Well it all worked out perfectly...we closed on both houses June 4th :)
This house was VERY hard to say goodbye too and still makes me want to cry when we pass by it because it was our first home together and it's where I brought all of my babies home from the hospital and where we built our family! I will always love 417 Jackson Street.

We LOVE our new house!!!

And an added surprise...we moved in on Saturday June 6th and on Monday found out we NEEDED the extra room because we will will soon be a family of 6!!!!
